In collaboration with the architect we sited a new river front property to maximize the river views from the main house and the pool. The guest house is positioned to take advantage of valley views and will have a native wildflower meadow sweeping around it and connecting it back to the main house.

A new entrance and a winding drive was located through a meadow, a quincunx orchard flanking each side to improve the approach to the house.
